Your photos. Your choices.
Delete my data.
Last updated 27 October 2026
Remove a finished video yourself, clear a saved setup on your device, or ask us to review account and other data for deletion.
Delete a saved video
- Open My videos and sign in to the account that created it.
- Find the completed or failed job. Download a completed video first if you want to keep your own copy.
- Select Delete and confirm.
This removes the saved video file from our live storage and hides the job from your list. It does not erase the underlying task, credit or order records, delete copies already downloaded, or request a cash refund. Pending or uncertain jobs cannot be deleted this way until resolved; contact us about one you want removed.
Clear photos saved on this device
Open the generator in the same browser and use Clear saved setup when the saved-setup notice appears. The same control is available in your account when a local draft is found. This removes the saved photos and settings from this browser. Photos already open on the page remain until you leave it.
A saved setup expires after 24 hours and is removed when the site next checks it. Closing a tab alone does not clear an unexpired saved setup. Clearing it does not cancel a submitted generation, remove server or provider copies, or return a credit.
Request account, photo or support-data deletion
Use the privacy and deletion contact form or email support@tinydeskgenerator.com. There is no automatic account-deletion button. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting one does not immediately delete an account or cancel a job.
Include only what we need to locate the data:
- The email used for your account or previous support request, if applicable.
- What you want removed: the whole account, particular photos or videos, a contact-form request, or email correspondence.
- A job, order or support reference, if you have one.
- Whether you are the account holder or are reporting use of your own photo by someone else.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in the initial request. We may ask for a reply from the account email or other information only when needed to establish ownership or your authority to act. If someone used your likeness without permission, you can also report misuse.
The form creates a private support reference and does not automatically send an email. Messages sent to our support email are handled separately through Microsoft 365. Keep your reference for follow-up. We do not promise a fixed response time. Unresolved jobs, remaining credits and payment records may need review before an account can be removed.
What may remain, and why
- Site photo copies: removed after a provider submission receipt. Interrupted uploads become eligible for scheduled cleanup after 24 hours.
- Finished results: completed videos are available for seven days, then access expires and scheduled cleanup removes the stored copy. You can delete one earlier as described above.
- Contact-form requests: scheduled cleanup removes requests older than 90 days. This schedule does not apply to support email and attachments; include those in your deletion request if needed.
- Billing and task records: limited order, payment, credit and task records may remain for reconciliation, refunds, disputes or required retention. Deleting a video does not cancel a purchase. See the refund policy.
- Provider copies and backups: APIMart processes submitted photos. After a completed or confirmed failed job, we request deletion of known photo-library assets and retry unsuccessful requests. Uncertain jobs may retain those assets until resolved. Provider result links and backup retention are separate; deleting our copy cannot guarantee deletion of all processor or backup copies. Ask us for help with a provider deletion request.
For the full handling of photos, accounts and support records, read our Privacy policy. The Terms of service and Acceptable use policy also apply. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
