Before you generate

Photo selection, local previews and concert brief preparation happen in your browser. We do not receive prepared photos until you explicitly confirm a real generation. We do not store prepared photos in localStorage.

Account and payment data

When enabled, Google sign-in provides a stable account identifier, verified email and display name. We store these to identify your account. We use necessary session cookies; Google passwords and access tokens are not kept. Stripe processes card details on its hosted checkout. Our database keeps order identifiers, amounts and video-credit records, not card numbers.

Generation processors and storage

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and private object storage. Submitted photos and your generation instructions are sent to APIMart for Seedance 2.5 processing. Photos enter its asset library for approval before video generation. We provide temporary, unlisted links that grant access only to the submitted photos. After a completed or confirmed failed job, we request deletion of the known library assets and retry unsuccessful deletion requests. Tasks under review may retain provider assets until resolved. APIMart and its model channels apply their own retention and moderation rules; generated files may remain on long-lived provider links. Deleting a site copy does not guarantee erasure of all processor copies or backups. Contact us for help with a processor deletion request and review APIMart’s privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Site copies of input photos are removed after a provider submission receipt. Interrupted uploads become eligible for scheduled cleanup after 24 hours. Completed videos are available for seven days, after which access expires and storage is cleaned. You may delete a completed or failed job earlier in My videos. Minimal task, credit and order records remain for billing reconciliation and support. Infrastructure backup retention can differ from live storage.

Support and essential storage

The contact form stores the email and message you choose to submit, plus a one-way rate-limiting fingerprint. Support requests are retained for up to 90 days. Do not include passwords, full payment details or sensitive photos. Theme preference is stored locally. There are no advertising pixels or session replay in this release.

Your choices

You can prepare a brief without an account, omit audio, delete completed results, sign out and request account or data deletion through Contact. Account and financial records may need review before deletion where retention is required. Please provide the account email so we can verify your request.
