A respectful little stage
Acceptable use.

Create an imagined performance with permission. Respect the people in your photos and the people who see your video.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to uploaded photos, generation instructions, generated video and audio, and use of Tiny Desk Generator. Our tool creates new AI desk-band scenes using consenting adults’ photos. These are imagined performances, not recordings of real events. We do not provide source-video face replacement or voice cloning. This policy supplements our Terms of service.
Use photos with permission
Upload only your own photos or images you have the right to use. Every person shown must be an adult and must have explicitly agreed to the use of their photo for AI processing and an imagined performance. A publicly available photo does not establish permission. Before generation, you must actively confirm that you have permission and that everyone pictured is an adult. That confirmation is your declaration; it is not an identity or age verification by us.
Permission does not authorize sexualization, harassment, misleading impersonation or any other prohibited use below. Do not upload someone else’s private material or try to bypass their refusal.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Pornography and sexual content. Do not request nudity, pornography, sexualized performances, non-consensual intimate imagery or removal of clothing.
- Violence and gore. Do not depict or encourage physical violence, graphic injury, gore, threats, intimidation or abuse. Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism or harm to others is prohibited.
- Hate speech. Do not request content that dehumanizes people, promotes discrimination or incites hatred or violence against a protected group.
- Child-unsafe content. Do not upload photos of minors or request sexual exploitation, sexualization or abuse of children. The service is for adult subjects only.
- Public figures. Do not upload photos of public figures or request a performance using their identity or likeness. A publicly available photo is not permission to use it.
- Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation. Do not substitute one person’s identity for another, create intimate composites, or use a generated scene to deceive, defame, harass or suggest a false endorsement. The permitted use is an openly identified, imagined AI performance by consenting adult subjects. Never present it as evidence of something a person actually did.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not upload or request material you do not have the right to use, including protected recordings or footage. Do not use copyrighted characters, logos or third-party branding without the rights required for that use. A generated result does not give you rights to an existing song, artist’s voice or third-party work.
Do not use instructions intended to bypass safety controls, attack the service, obtain another person’s data or generate unlawful material. These rules apply to each person in a multi-person scene and to silent videos as well as videos with sound. Clearly identify the result as AI-generated when sharing it.
Current safety checks and their limits
Submitted photos pass through APIMart’s asset-approval process before a video request can proceed. We request the provider’s safety checks during generation. A confirmed photo rejection prevents the video request; an uncertain provider response is held for review rather than automatically resubmitted.
These measures do not verify a person’s identity, age or permission, and do not guarantee that every unsafe input or result will be detected. We do not currently operate a separate platform-side classifier that checks all prompt content and every generated video before display. Our file, duration and resolution checks verify delivery specifications, not content safety. A job marked “under review” may concern an uncertain generation or payment response; it does not mean a person has reviewed its content.
Results are available in the account that requested them; this service does not publish a public gallery of customer videos. Provider approval or a successful generation is not permission to use content that violates this policy.
Report misuse or a rights concern
Use Report misuse to tell us about prohibited content, an unauthorized use of your likeness, or an infringement concern. Include a job ID, page or other reference if available, what happened, and how you are affected. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive images in the message.
The form creates a private support request and returns a reference number. Reports are handled manually. Submission does not automatically remove content or restrict an account, and we do not promise continuous monitoring or a fixed response time. We may need further information to establish which content is involved and whether the person making the request is entitled to act.
Review and enforcement
When reviewing a report, we consider the information provided, relevant job records and applicable rights. Depending on the finding, we may refuse further generation requests, restrict an account or remove affected copies held by this service. We cannot erase copies downloaded by other people or guarantee removal from a provider’s systems. Confirmed failures, reserved credits and cash refund requests remain subject to the refund policy; a report does not itself create a refund or an automatic loss of credits.
If you believe a restriction or removal is mistaken, request a review. Include your account email, the support reference or job ID, and the reason you disagree. Appeals use the same manual support channel; we do not promise a separate review team or a fixed decision time.
Privacy and questions
Read our Privacy policy for handling of photos, provider assets, private results and support requests, or see how to delete your data. For other questions, contact the site team.
